Helping those in need is the primary goal of Jhagru Baba Foundation. Through our various initiatives, we strive to improve the lives of underprivileged individuals and families by providing equal educational opportunities, promoting healthcare, advocating for gender equality, and empowering individuals to grow and excel. From setting up healthcare clinics and organizing health camps to offering scholarships and skill development programs, JBF focuses on creating equal opportunities for all, regardless of their caste, gender or socioeconomic background. Our commitment to transparency in utilizing donations and ensuring that the resources they receive are used to make a real impact on the lives of those they serve is commendable. Providing Education
Jhagru Baba Foundation Tollygunge Darbar Society is a non-profit organization working to improve the lives of people living in ruralral as well as urban cities . We believe that education is the only way to break the cycle of poverty, and we are committed to empowering people with basic literacy skills so they can a better version of themselves.
Through our programs, we offer free lessons for children from ages 4-16 years old at our education centre “Alhade-Amode Pathshala“, Jhorkhali, Sundarban. We also provide educaion to
Our goal is to give every child opportunities for an education that will help them succeed in life—and not just for today, but for years to come.
JBF is also working towards the welfare of children and their families who are belonging from
economically weaker sections of urban citizens by providing quality education at an affordable price-
point with a project name: SCHOOL@₹250.
The society was established in 2009-10 with the aim to provide quality education and literacy
programs to the underprivileged children across Tollygunge, Kolkata. The foundation has been
working in the area since then and has managed to educate hundreds of underprivileged.
Sekharbali Junior High School- A failed Project
Our mission is to make sure that every child gets their right to education. In 2016 JBF took up a
project of running a school at Sekharbali, Baraipur providing free education, free tiffin and weakly-
health check-ups to economically weaker section of the society. We named the school Sekharbali
Junior High School.
Due to the sudden establishment of a Government high school in the same area, rather than
continuing a competition we opted for helping the children in enrolling in the school. Thus after
running the Sekharbali Junior High School for 2 years we backed off in 2018
JBF is a non-profit organization that helps people who are hungry and malnourished. We do this by providing food to
those in need, and by educating the community about how to properly feed themselves.
At Jhagru Baba Foundation, we believe that every person has a right to food, shelter, education and health care. We also
believe that all of these things should be available to everyone—regardless of race, gender, or social status—and we work
tirelessly to ensure that this is the case.
We’re proud of our work with the communities around us, but we know that there’s still so much more to do! We’re
always looking for ways to fund our programs and expand our reach.

The Jhagru Baba Foundation is a non-profit organization that was created in order to provide better healthcare and awareness services to the common
masses. Our mission is to provide affordable healthcare services and education to people who cannot afford it. We believe that everyone should have
access to health care, and we will not rest until we achieve that.
We do this by organizing Health Care Camps, Blood donation Camps, Eye Camps, and through Awareness Programs. We are also running a Yoga Centre
successfully for the last 6 years
Jhagru Baba Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to the welfare of the community. The foundation focuses
on educating the public about the benefits of planting trees and protecting them from hazards such as fire, drought and
flood.
Jhagru Baba Foundation’s mission is to provide opportunities for people to learn about tree plantation and its impact on
environment through awareness programs.
We will be engaging us with Akul Biswas of Jhorkhali Sabuj Bahini very shortly in planting Mangrove trees to protect the
environment.
